Galaxy Entremet


Top tier is vanilla sponge layered with white chocolate mousse, raspberry compote and mirror glaze. Bottom tier is chocolate sponge layered with chocolate mousse mousse, raspberry compote and mirror glaze. Decorated with chocolate spheres.
