Top tier is dark chocolate sponge layered with mascarpone cream mousse, black cherry compote and mirror glaze. Bottom tier is dark chocolate sponge layered with white chocolate mousse, strawberry compote and mirror glaze. Decorated with sugar roses and a gold cross in modelling paste.
